Orders and Returns

On receipt of payment all orders will be sent either 2nd Class Signed for or 1st Class Special Delivery for UK orders. For Europe orders will be sent International Tracked and Signed. For Made to Order items please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be made and despatched. If the item is to be Hallmarked an extra week is needed for it to be sent to the Assay Office, Hallmarked and returned. All items will be sent gift boxed. Postage and packaging costs will be added at checkout.

If you are not totally happy with your purchase then please do return the item to me in it’s original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Item returned should be unused and returned in it’s original gift box with any enclosed documentation. Earrings should be unworn. On receipt of the jewellery a full refund will be issued excluding the original postage charge. If you prefer, you can exchange the item.

Please note:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of receipt, unless you have been notified otherwise.

The item will be your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection do get proof of postage and ensure the item is insured with the delivery company for the value of the goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to me unless prearranged differently or the item is faulty. If the item is faulty then postage cost will be refunded.

I will refund an item if after thorough checking it is found to be faulty. Please do allow 7 working days to process a refund.

Due to Covid delays at the Post Office there is the possibility of an item being delayed. I will be happy to refund once the post office agrees it is lost, but I’m afraid I can only send out a replacement on receipt of payment. I am sorry but these are tricky times and as we are in the midst of a pandemic I am sure all you lovely customers understand.
