On receipt of payment all orders will be sent 1st Class UK orders only. For Made to Order items please allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be made and dispatched. If the item is to be Hallmarked an extra week is needed for it to be sent to the Assay Office, Hallmarked and returned. All items will be sent in a gift box or bag. Postage and packaging costs will be added at checkout.
If you are not totally happy with your purchase then please do return the item to me in it’s original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Item returned should be unused and returned in it’s original gift box or bag with any enclosed documentation. Earrings should be unworn. On receipt of the jewellery a full refund will be issued excluding the original postage charge. If you prefer, you can exchange the item.
Custom orders cannot be refunded sorry, so please have in mind exactly what you require before ordering, this includes gemstone type and ring size. Rings with gemstones, Dichroic Glass or Fused Gin Glass cannot be resized.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of receipt, unless you have been notified otherwise.
The item will be your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection do get proof of postage and ensure the item is insured with the delivery company for the value of the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to me unless prearranged differently or the item is faulty. If the item is faulty then postage cost will be refunded.
I will refund an item if after thorough checking it is found to be faulty. Please do allow 7 working days to process a refund.
